With the +3.5” long travel setup from Total Chaos you are able to run 35” tires on your 2nd Generation Tacoma more easily, as well as achieve more travel out of the front end. This kit is race proven and provides the widest stance possible.
This kit has been proven in races and tested by Total Chaos to achieve maximum performance.
The 3.5” extended upper and lower chromoly tubed arms are able to not only handle jumping, but anything else you may throw at them. They each include one inch uniballs to provide maximum travel and movement out of the suspension. These also use factory mounting positions.
2.5” long travel shocks are specific for this kit and require no modification. Extended travel shocks are too short and will not work. A secondary mount for external bypasses are also included.
Adjustable limit straps included allow for limiting droop depending on your setup to help prevent damage from occurring.
DOT stainless steel brake lines are provided for the extra travel that this kit allows.
TC 4340 extended axles are required with this kit to retain four wheel drive. These are not included and must be bought separately.
All of Total Chaos products are produced in the United States and tested thoroughly to ensure strength and production.
You must have fiberglass fenders with this setup
You can upgrade to heim pivots if necessary. These provide 3/4” chromoly heim joints for pivots. These allow for maximum adjustment on both caster and camber, something necessary for race applications.
