Secondary hoops are a great option and must have to maximize vehicle dampening when running a dual shock system. These 4130 Chromoly hoops are designed for installing 2.5” piggybacks or bypass shocks in secondary mounting systems.
These reinforce the factory coil bucket, which in return helps prevent flex. The design of these keeps the hoop from contacting your inner fender where damage can occur.
The flush mounted top plate is able to work with shocks that use both bolts and studs on the upper mount. The upper mount also has upper shock tabs tacked in place for shock setup. Because of this top plate there is no need to trim inner fender for installation.
This kit is designed to work with Total Chaos long travel kits, as well as the expedition series stock length, and race series stock length LCA’s.
All hardware included with this Total Chaos kit is Grade 8.
