With the OME 2881 front coils, your 3rd Generation 4Runner will be able to handle more weight, while also lifting the vehicle 2.5″ in total height. Great for those of you making up for added weight such as bumper and skid plates, but also more room for tire clearance.
This coil set provides no sagging with an additional 100-200lbs of weight. Perfect for those with winch and bumper setups. The coils are scragged and penned to prevent sagging when weight is added, and are designed for the 3rd Gen for perfect fit.
These coils can be used with a stock 3rd Generation 4Runner, but the ride quality will be extremely rough until added weight is put on. There are other coil rates available from OME that might fit your front end better if you don’t have significant added weight. Please give us a call if you are unsure of what route to take.
