If you find yourself needing more articulation and larger tires, the Radflo Stage 3 Lift Kit for FJ Cruisers (2007-2009) is a great option to go with. Not only does this kit come with everything you need, but it's guaranteed to smooth out your ride no matter where you are.
The front 2.5" shocks allow for better ride comfort on the trail, as well as complete control. The upper shocks are capable of being adjusted from 1-3" for larger tire accommodations, as well as added weight. You are able to upgrade to extended travel shocks if you are looking for more articulation on the trail.
Radflo rear 2.5" shocks match to the front shocks perfectly, allowing for an equal ride in both the front and rear of the vehicle. The rear also includes ARB springs for more clearance in the rear, as well as an increase in ability of cargo weight, such as camping gear.
Both the front and rear shocks in this kit include remote reservoirs to help keep the shocks cool during periods of abuse.
With factory alignments not being possible with lifts, the upper control arms are also upgraded with the Radflo Stage 3 Lift Kit, to SPC upper control arms. These not only provide extra droop for extended travel setups, but also return alignment specs back to factory.
